What platforms do your products support?

Our products support PCs, Macs, tablets, ipads, iphones, and Android phones.

How long will I have access to the products?

You will have access for one year. After that, it will auto-renew unless you cancel.

Can I download or print the books?

No, the books are not available for downloading in keeping with the notion of the content being available in a digital format. They cannot be read offline. Likewise, printing is not available.

Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?

Once registered, you can request cancellation by contacting us at support@27pearls.com. While there is no refund, you will not be charged a subscription fee when it is time for renewal.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

  • Confirmation was sent to a different email address. Double-check which email address you used to sign up with. If you are still having problems, try signing up again with the appropriate email.
  • The confirmation email was blocked or went to your junk mail folder.
  • The email was already sent to this address and confirmed.
  • No subscription was placed. If it was placed, then you may not have the correct password. Click on the Forgot Password link below the login area for help.

What is your Honor Code?

We know that most of you will never abuse the services provided by our company. We expect that once registered you will not share your login information with anyone else. We will take swift action against anyone found violating this Honor Code.
